This policy explains how personal data is processed on psiconautica.org, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

2. Data processed, purpose, and legal basis

Psiconáutica.org is a non-profit educational project that does not collect personal data for commercial, advertising, or profiling purposes. Comments are disabled. We only process the following:

  • Registered user accounts: Username, email address, and password (encrypted), provided voluntarily when requesting an account to access restricted content. Purpose: To manage access to said content. Legal basis: Execution of the relationship requested by the user (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Correspondence: If you write to us via email, we will process your address and the data included in your message for the sole purpose of responding to you. Legal basis: Consent and legitimate interest in addressing your inquiry (Arts. 6.1.a and 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Technical data: IP address and server logs, necessary for the operation and security of the site and the prevention of attacks and spam. Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Usage statistics (only with your consent): If you accept analytical cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to obtain aggregated statistics on web usage, with IP anonymization and Consent Mode v2. Legal basis: Your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via “Manage consent” in the footer. Google LLC participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

No automated decisions are made, and no profiles are created. We do not use behavioral advertising.

3. Data retention

Account data is kept while the account is active or until you request its deletion. Correspondence is kept for the time necessary to address your inquiry. Technical logs are kept for limited periods for security reasons and are subsequently deleted.

4. Recipients and transfers

Data is not shared with third parties, except under legal obligation. Data is hosted on servers of the contracted hosting provider, located in the European Union, which acts as a data processor with the guarantees of Art. 28 GDPR. No international data transfers are performed.

5. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing, and portability at any time, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to rauldelpino@gmail.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise and providing a means to verify your identity.

If you believe that the processing does not comply with regulations, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid).

6. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data: TLS encryption (HTTPS) for all communications, encrypted passwords, application firewalls, security updates, and restricted access to administration.

7. Minors

This site is intended exclusively for individuals over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we detect an account belonging to a minor, it will be deleted.

8. Cookies

This site uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation and security, which are exempt from consent according to Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE. No advertising, third-party analytical, or tracking cookies are used. More information is available in the cookie policy.
